Development, design, and the homeowner’s perspective.
Jon Bijari helped develop and design this private estate and also acted as the homeowner’s representative. His involvement brought design collaboration and homeowner representation together within the wider project team.
RZ Architecture & Design, LLC. was the architect of record, and Stewart Senter Inc. served as construction manager.
A composed exterior, formal gardens, pool terraces, and a richly detailed kitchen give the residence its character. The photographs move from the estate grounds to the interior’s marble, metalwork, cabinetry, and lighting.
