Jon Bijari entered the construction industry in 2001 with a production builder in Brooklyn, New York, learning the fundamentals on site before working his way up the ranks.
He later built independently across Brooklyn and Queens, where he found the design side of the work and began increasing the scale and caliber of each project. Hitting the ceiling on what the boroughs would allow, he moved into the Long Island luxury market and opened Rockwell Developers, spending more than a decade building for some of New York's most meticulous clientele.
An in-house team now guides clients through every selection, from plumbing fixtures to paint colors, supporting both the homeowner and the contractors on site. The cornerstone of the practice is a house that is unique in style and engineered to its budget.
